BiON Restorative Balm is a moisturizing balm that is formulated for very dry and atopic skin. Contains over 47% lipid complex from cold-pressed oils that help restore, balance and soften the skin. All the ingredients are noncomedogenic and can be used also to protect the skin around the eyes, heels, knees and elbows. This Balm also works great on stretch marks or as a barrier cream for babies.
