CELLEX-C Under Eye Toning Gel minimizes the look of swollen eyes and dark circles. It is formulated with azulene to protect the delicate eye area from pollutants that cause the eyes to look tired and stressed while the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits soothes and calms the area. A blend of plant extracts synergistically rejuvenates for brighter looking eyes.

Returns Policy
All unopened items purchased from our salon can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note - items returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit base on the actual shipping cost. Customer is responsible for returned shipping cost if it was not our error.
