Bioelements Equalizer facial toner is a gentle, alcohol-free facial toner formulated with essential oils, Chinese herbs, and Chamomile to soothe and calm the irritated or damaged skin while improving its strength.
This hydrating toner mist refreshes and nourishes with the combination of natural plant extracts to create radiant, youthful-looking skin.

Directions:
Apply this toner 1-2 times over the cleansed skin with your eyes closed. Using your fingertips in a delicate, circular motion, massage into the skin, making it a little moist.
Returns Policy
All items purchased from our salon can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note - items returned used will be charged a fee percentage based on the item's cost. Shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit base on the actual shipping cost.
