BiON Refreshing Toner is ideal for cleaning up or following up extractions with microdermabrasion. Containing enzyme action to remove cellular debris and therapeutic amino acids to promote healing. This toner also contains Panthenol (Vitamin B-5) in the formula to further boost healing and skin strengthening.

BiON’s Refreshing Toner has ingredients to increase the water content in the top layers of the skin and reduce bacteria. Aloe vera also helps make it much more moisturizing than many other toners. When lightly sprayed after applying mineral make-up, it will provide a longer lasting finish. pH 4.0

Ingredients: Deionized Water (Aqua), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Gel, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Extract, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Glycerin, Polyamino Sugar Condensate, Proline, Glutamic Acid, Panthenol (Vitamin B), Allantoin, Beta Carotene, Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C), Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.

Directions:

Apply to a cotton ball and wipe onto skin avoiding eyes and mucus membranes.
